This custom residence in Ainslie showcases Prof Homes’ approach to modern family living, with generous single-level planning, strong indoor–outdoor connection and refined architectural detailing.

Set on a 762 sqm block, the home includes four bedrooms, multiple living zones, a rumpus, double garage, large alfresco area, dedicated BBQ space and a pool-focused backyard. The layout was designed to balance open family living with practical private spaces, creating a home that feels spacious, functional and highly liveable.

Large-format glazing connects the kitchen, dining and living areas to the alfresco, lawn and pool, allowing natural light to flow through the home while strengthening the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. Internally, the project features herringbone timber flooring, dark joinery, warm timber accents, stone benchtops, integrated appliances and carefully resolved custom cabinetry. The bathrooms continue the same refined material palette, with full-height tiling, custom vanities, stone benchtops, wall-mounted tapware, frameless glass showers and soft feature lighting. Externally, the home combines rendered forms, black-framed glazing, brick detailing and landscaped outdoor areas to deliver a complete lifestyle-focused outcome.
