The Arte is a statement display home that reflects Prof Homes’ commitment to architectural detail, craftsmanship, and thoughtful construction. From its striking front façade to the soaring double-height formal lounge, the home showcases our ability to bring ambitious design concepts to life with precision and care.

The façade combines white brick, painted render, monument aluminium window frames and aluminium timber-look battens, allowing the architectural form to remain the hero while creating a strong and memorable street presence. Feature glazing to the front elevation adds a distinctive design element, enhancing both the visual impact and the sense of light within the home.

Inside, the home continues to deliver a sense of scale and refinement. A pop-up ceiling and highlight windows create a grand, light-filled rear living space that connects seamlessly with the bespoke kitchen and custom joinery, crafted in collaboration with The Dept. of Design. The curved arch window, carefully integrated into the structure, and the feature staircase with timber flooring and glass balustrade further demonstrate the attention to detail behind the build.

As a display home, The Arte was designed to inspire, but it was also built to demonstrate the level of quality, coordination and finish that Prof Homes is known for. Every material selection, junction, glazing detail and internal feature was considered to ensure the home felt refined, functional and truly memorable.

The Arte has been recognised across both MBA and HIA awards programs, including national and regional display home honours, reflecting its design quality, construction excellence and the high standard of workmanship delivered by Prof Homes.
