This custom family home in Curtin showcases a refined French-inspired character, combining grand proportions, elegant detailing and warm, highly resolved interiors.

The home creates a strong sense of arrival through its classic white façade, arched feature windows and balanced street presence. Internally, high ceilings, large glazing, layered lighting and a soft neutral palette create a bright and elegant atmosphere, while timber tones and stone finishes add warmth throughout.

Designed for family living and entertaining, the home includes generous kitchen, meals, family, lounge and games areas, with the alfresco connecting naturally to the main living zones. Custom joinery is a key feature, with integrated cabinetry throughout the kitchen, walk-in pantry, robes, display areas and storage spaces, combining practicality with a clean, luxurious finish.

The bathrooms continue the same refined approach, featuring large-format tiles, stone-look benchtops, brushed gold fittings, frameless glass and soft feature lighting. Externally, rendered walls, arched windows and formal detailing give the home a timeless French-inspired presence.
