Mulgara

The Mulgara is a single storey home from our level sites range, designed to suit a block 15m wide or larger. The Mulgara includes all the practicalities to cater for a busy lifestyle including an open plan kitchen and living area, and an alfresco to the side of the home for those shallow blocks.

Featuring four bedrooms which all have sizeable walk in robes, the three kids rooms are completely secluded from the main entertaining areas and main bedroom, allowing for privacy. There’s a dedicated kid’s activity room adjoining to the three rooms.
