This separate-title terrace project in Denman Prospect showcases Prof Homes’ ability to deliver a cohesive row of contemporary terrace homes with strong architectural consistency, practical planning and premium internal finishes.
Designed as individual-title homes with no strata fees, the project combines the convenience of terrace-style living with the independence of separate ownership. Each residence was carefully planned to maximise space, natural light and everyday functionality, with four-bedroom layouts, three bathrooms, double garages and multiple floor plan options.
The homes feature bright, open interiors enhanced by 3.7m high ceilings, highlight windows and Velux skylights. A refined material palette was selected throughout, including 40mm Summer Breeze stone benchtops, Miele appliances, signature herringbone Blackbutt timber flooring, premium 100% wool carpet, full-height tiling to bathrooms and ensuites, and custom wall-hung vanities with stone benchtops.
Comfort and performance were also key considerations, with thermally broken double-glazed windows, multi-zoned air conditioning and a minimum EER 7 rating contributing to year-round liveability. Externally, the clean combination of light brickwork, rendered forms, dark cladding and black-framed glazing creates a modern streetscape that feels consistent, durable and well resolved.
Positioned beside open green space and surrounding views, this project reflects Prof Homes’ approach to delivering separate-title terrace homes that balance architectural presentation, practical living and long-term construction quality.
