This two-storey Denman residence was designed to respond to its sloping block with a practical and well-considered layout. The garage-under design creates a strong two-storey street presence, while allowing the rear of the home to open into a more connected single-level living arrangement.

The home has been planned around both family living and entertaining. The lower level includes the garage, theatre room, lounge, storage and powder room, creating a separate zone for movie nights, karaoke and relaxed family use. Upstairs, the main living areas connect the kitchen, meals and family spaces with the alfresco, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The residence includes four bedrooms, two master suites, multiple bathrooms, a study, walk-in pantry, laundry and generous storage, with a total area of 355.79sqm. The layout makes full use of the site while keeping the home highly functional for everyday living.

Inside, the home is finished with a clean and contemporary palette, combining warm timber-look cabinetry, large-format floor tiles, soft neutral finishes and full-height custom joinery. Hidden doors and integrated cabinetry help create a clean, uncluttered look, while also adding practical storage throughout the home.

The master suite has been designed as a private retreat, with a generous ensuite and sauna creating a calm, spa-like space within the home.
