Curtin Dual Residence
Generous dual-occupancy living with a refined modern façade.
Architect: Chevli Architects
A refined dual-occupancy residence designed to deliver generous family living, strong street presence and practical everyday comfort in one of Canberra’s established suburbs.
Located in Curtin, this project features two well-planned homes with a balanced layout across two levels. Each residence includes open-plan kitchen, dining and family spaces, a formal living area, ground-floor bedroom accommodation, upper-level bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom, balcony and generous alfresco area, offering flexibility for modern family living.
The external design combines a contemporary architectural form with a carefully selected material palette. Rendered double-brick walls in Dulux Grand Piano Quarter are paired with lightweight metal cladding, Colorbond roofing and clean façade detailing, creating a modern but timeless appearance.
Designed with both functionality and lifestyle in mind, the project includes spacious alfresco areas, integrated service planning, considered wet-area detailing, and practical inclusions such as heat pump hot water, fridge tap provisions, and outdoor gas connections for BBQ and pizza oven use.
With generous proportions, layered living zones and a refined external finish, the Curtin Dual Residence reflects Prof Homes’ focus on delivering high-quality, practical and architecturally considered homes for Canberra living.
